Returns & Exchanges

Returning a Purchase will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 365 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Sorry, no returns on monogrammed merchandise.

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

A $5.00 restocking fee applies to special order items.

How To Ship Your Return or Exchange

  1. Please return to Wandrin West, 1826 Tower Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin 54880.
  2. Please send preferably by UPS or USPS.
  3. Please include payment receipt.
  4. Please include exchange or refund information.
  5. Please return without street wear.
  6. Please return in original packaging if possible.

We will exchange or refund as soon as return is received and inspected.
On all exchange orders, Wandrin West pays the shipping expense to send you your replacement item.

Allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.
