International Shipping
Wandrin West has been shipping Internationally for several years. Depending on the country and the region, we ship via USPS, UPS, FED Ex, DHL or best provider according to circumstances. Due to government regulations we cannot ship exotic skins to some countries or states in the U.S. Please check your state or local laws before ordering exotic leathers. There are some manufacturers that do not allow us to ship there products internationally. A refund will be issued should this occur.
“In Stock” and “Special Order” items?
In Stock items are ready for immediate delivery (5 business days via UPS, Parcel Post, FEX, DHL or best provider within the US). For in stock items, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing before your order ships. “Special Order” items are sent directly to you from the manufacturer. You will find approximate shipping times listed on each “Special Order” item. “Special Order” items may only be delivered via Best Way Ground (domestic) or International Best Way Air (international)
Extra Handling Charge – an extra handling charged will be applied, in the cart, to large items that are bulky and/or heavy.

**UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air requires a PHYSICAL address. No PO boxes.
International Shipping
Current Shipping Charges – We currently charge $39.95 to Canada and Mexico for USPS Priority. All other countries are $59.99 for USPS Priority.
Customs Charges – You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.
International Buyers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
International Handling Time is Usually 5 Business Days.
Returning a Purchase
Please contact us if if merchandise is defective and we will give a Return Authorization ( RA) # and the manufacturers address to be returned.
